- Gated with Computerized Access: All of our exterior units and parking solutions are fully gated with specialized keypads to restrict access to only our customers. For our indoor storage facilities, we maintain controlled entry through fortified exit-only fire exits and a designated controlled entry with similar keypad access. Every customer will receive personalized access codes so that our facility managers can monitor who enters and exits the premises and identify any access that seems out of the ordinary.
- Video Surveillance: We use video cameras to monitor all of our storage facilities. We are able to review footage and partner with authorities if theft or property damage do arise. We also monitor our video surveillance for any activity that is suspicious to help keep you and our facility safe and secure.
- Lighting: A well-lit facility provides peace of mind for our customers and provides both security and safety; ensuring ease of getting around the facility, minimizing any injury and ensuring our customers and our managers can properly be aware of their surroundings. We work to make sure that every facility is properly lit to both monitor and deter any suspicious activity.
- Maximum Security Locks: Every location offers maximum security locks available for purchase at market value. You won’t need to try to find a high-security lock online or drive to a hardware store to purchase one – we offer these locks at the same price as you could get them anywhere else.
- Online Access: we invest in secure, online access for account management and digital payments. Your information is safe and secure and is never sold to third parties. Our online system makes is quick and easy to access documents and to set up auto-pay so that you don’t have to mail checks or come into the office each month.
